Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead to join Merkle’s Commercial Excellence team within the Client & Commercial organization. You will turn complex commercial information into clear insights, recommendations, and actions that guide portfolio and client decisions.

You will connect signals across revenue, pipeline, client relationships, and market data to inform leadership on opportunities, risks, and prioritization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to improve commercial

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations or enablement, client leadership, revenue strategy, or related analytical roles.
Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide actionable recommendations.
Advanced Excel and business intelligence tool experience (CRM, BI platforms, data visualization).

Responsibilities

Develop client and portfolio intelligence to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Support revenue and pipeline planning, forecasting inputs, and prioritization.
Monitor KPIs, governance, and adherence to commercial practices.
Deliver executive-ready reporting and decision support for governance cadences.
