Responsibilities

• Maintain client files in Agency Management System with proper documentation.
• Coordinate renewals, certificates, and policy changes; assist marketing and negotiations.
• Monitor claims information and communicate updates to clients and team.
• Handle inquiries via phone/email and provide timely service to insureds.
• Assist Advisors in client meetings and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with carriers and seek new business referrals.
