Job summary

Servicemaster by Rice is seeking a Project Manager to lead emergency and disaster restoration across commercial sites. You will assist the Management Team/Area Manager with day-to-day operations, on-site activities, and supervision of production technicians while driving revenue growth and controlling costs.

A strong focus on customer service is essential on all projects. You will oversee restoration crews, coordinate schedules, and manage large loss jobs which may require travel and extended

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet/general cleaning preferred; certifications in these areas are a plus.
• People and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to sketch space, take measurements, and calculate billable charges.
• Dependable and flexible to meet scheduling needs and emergencies; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration, remediation, and cleaning at commercial sites.
• Assess damage and determine salvageability of property.
• Formulate restoration plans, estimate charges, and obtain customer/insurer approval.
• Supervise production crews and manage project schedules.
• Communicate project status to customers and insurers; coordinate with management.
• Respond to emergencies, including overnight and weekend shifts as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of equipment and supplies.
