Strategic Asset Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Inspector to inspect properties, document conditions, and prepare reports from a home office with travel to sites. The role is part-time, hourly W2 with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in home inspections, property management or appraisals, reliable transport, Windows PC with Excel/Word, and strong communication skills to coordinate with property managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in home inspection, property management or appraisals
• Own a PC-based Windows 10+ computer
• Microsoft Excel and Word 2013+ access
• Ability to assess physical condition of properties
• Availability to work at least two full days during the work week
• Prepare clear and concise reports
• Strong computer, typing and internet skills

Responsabilités

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email and/or phone
• Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory
• Take digital photos of properties using a camera or mobile device
• Insert photos into reports via the company system or in Excel/Word
• Attend required training or meetings
• Follow all company policies, procedures and ethics codes
• Follow safety and security procedures
