Strategic Asset Services, LLC seeks a Commercial Property Inspector to perform on-site property assessments from a home office, coordinating with property managers and clients. Responsibilities include scheduling inspections, taking photos, and documenting findings in the company system; travel within assigned territory is required across commercial sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and inspectors.
• Strong time management to meet hard deadlines and schedules.
• Proficient with Excel and Word for reporting and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with ability to assess property conditions and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email/phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within territory.
• Take photos with camera/phone/tablet and insert into reports.
• Type and insert photos into reports via company system or Excel/Word.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and ethics.
