You will schedule and complete inspections, capture detailed observations, and compile reports using the company reporting system, Excel, or Word.

A reliable vehicle and good communication are essential for success. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple inspections

Qualifications

• Ability to assess physical condition of properties accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email or phone.
• Complete property inspections within assigned territory.
• Take digital photos and insert into reports using company system or Excel/Word.
• Attend training or meetings as required and follow all policies and safety procedures.
