Job summary

Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks a part-time Commercial Property Inspector to travel to commercial properties, assess physical condition, occupancy, and management. The role is hourly W2 with a flexible schedule and home-office base.

You will schedule inspections, take photos, and prepare reports through our system, while meeting deadlines. Strong communication, computer skills, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in one of: Home Inspector, Property Management or Appraisals
• Own a PC-based computer with Windows 10 or newer
• Microsoft Excel and Word (2013 or newer) access
• Ability to assess physical condition of a property
• Availability to work at least two full days during the work week (Mon–Fri)
• Prepare clear and concise reports
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills
• Reliable transportation and own equipment (camera, printer, scanner)
• Able to climb fixed vertical ladders

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email/phone
• Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory
• Take digital photos using a camera, smartphone or tablet
• Enter photos into reports via company site or Excel/Word
• Attend required training or meetings
• Follow all company policies, procedures and ethics codes
• Follow all safety and security procedures
