Job summary

Davies North America is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Claims Adjuster for a full-time, remote role based in the United States. You will manage end-to-end commercial property claims for single insurer programs, verify coverage, coordinate inspections, analyze costs, and maintain proactive communication with policyholders and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Commercial Property Claims Supervisor, you will contribute to settlements, supervise defense counsel when needed, and stay current

Qualifications

• Experience with Commercial Property claims and end-to-end management.
• Understanding of Lloyd's/Excess & Surplus Lines.
• Ability to review policy contracts and coverage.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Licensed Multi-State Adjuster (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Determine, evaluate, investigate, negotiate and resolve single insurer property claims.
• Verify coverage under applicable policies.
• Coordinate with field adjusters for inspections.
• Analyze damage estimates and review vendor invoices.
• Communicate with policyholders and stakeholders to ensure progress.
• Prepare status and large loss reports for clients.
