Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Commercial Property Claims Adjuster to manage end-to-end single insurer property claims from a home-based location in the United States. Reporting to the Commercial Property Claims Supervisor, you will assess coverage, coordinate inspections, analyze damage estimates and communicate progress with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation and analytical skills, a background in property claims, and is capable of delivering accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience in Commercial Property claims investigation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must speak English.

Responsibilities

• Determine, investigate, negotiate and resolve single insurer property claims.
• Coordinate with field adjusters and experts for inspections.
• Prepare status and large loss reports for clients.
• Attend mediations and settlement conferences.
• Direct and monitor defense counsel to settlements.
