Job summary

Fahlo, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Ops Associate to help move orders through a fast-paced fulfillment process, collaborating with sales, billing, and warehouse partners. This remote role focuses on accuracy, proactive issue resolution, and exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll handle high-volume orders, support stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that scale our operations while maintaining responsiveness and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, order processing, operations or similar roles.
• Experience working with sales reps or customer accounts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of sales orders quickly and accurately.
• Submit orders correctly and release to warehouse on time.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays.
• Troubleshoot shipment, inventory, and order errors.
• Coordinate between reps, billing, and warehouse to resolve questions.
• Assist in outreach to customers for payment methods and questions.
• Support account management with Sales Reps to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Act as CX partner to ensure a smooth experience between reps and customers.
• Communicate order status clearly and professionally.
• Identify potential problems before shipments are affected.
• Support account-related needs with a solutions-first mindset.
• Support daily ops tasks and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain accurate internal records and communicate with warehouse via email.
• Run weekly fulfillment/order reports and flag discrepancies.
