Stealth Startup is seeking a Fulfillment & Operations Specialist to support order execution, inventory coordination, vendor management, and operational projects in a fully remote, 1099 contract role with compensation up to $80k. Qualifications

• 3-5 years in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, logistics, project management, or related functions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with project management and operational software tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from receipt through completion.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of operational activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Track key deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Maintain operational documentation and product data.
• Identify process improvements and help implement scalable workflows.
• Support planning and execution of cross-functional operational initiatives.
