Job summary

Ubique Group is seeking a Commercial Operations Portal Specialist to manage vendor and marketplace portals in a fully remote role. You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure orders, shipments, and inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or order management, strong attention to detail, and experience with Salesforce/CRM/ERP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or order management
• Experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment
• Familiarity with vendor portals or e-commerce portals preferred
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM/ERP preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercial account vendor and marketplace portals daily.
• Process and respond to vendor portal inquiries accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment, inventory, and related information within vendor portals.
• Monitor portal activity for orders, cancellations, modifications, backorders, shipment issues, and other exceptions.
• Ensure vendor-specific requirements, procedures, and service-level expectations are followed.
• Research and resolve order and fulfillment issues originating through vendor portals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, Transportation, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Own assigned issues and follow through to resolution or escalation.
• Monitor orders for delays or issues affecting fulfillment, SLAs, or customers.
• Communicate order status, delays, and resolutions to vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Document inquiries and resolutions in Salesforce and other systems.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and SLA expectations.
• Identify recurring portal or fulfillment issues and suggest improvements.
