Qualifications

• Revenue or sales operations experience in a services business.
• Strong analytical ability with CRM and spreadsheet data.
• Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM configuration, data quality and the definition of every pipeline stage.
• Produce pipeline, conversion and forecast reporting leadership can trust.
• Maintain pricing tools, approval workflows and discount governance.
• Onboard commercial staff onto the process and keep documentation current.
• Find where the process leaks and fix it with evidence.
