Job summary

Rangam Consultants Inc. is seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor to support a commercial loan portfolio. The role is remote with occasional onsite presence in New York or New Jersey, handling servicing activities, financial reporting, and various operational requests.

You will manage loan servicing, record accounting transactions, and develop operational reports. The position requires 3+ years in commercial mortgage loan servicing and strong Excel skills, with experience using SS&C

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience
• Experience using SS&C Precision LM (PLM) within the last 3–5 years
• Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan operations and accounting
• Bachelor's degree preferred and advanced Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, processing transactions and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Record and reconcile mortgage loan accounting transactions while supporting financial and tax reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting, creating SQL queries and assisting with technology initiatives
