Fulton Bank, part of Fulton Financial, is seeking a talented analyst to support structuring, underwriting, and closing syndicated loan transactions for corporate and commercial real estate clients. You will work with Relationship Managers and credit teams to structure, underwrite, market, and manage portfolio activities.

The role emphasizes strong financial analysis, credit underwriting, market knowledge, and project management, with travel up to 50% and exposure to a dynamic syndications

Qualifications

• Strong financial statement analysis and credit underwriting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Syndtrak.
• Experience building financial models and performing cash flow analyses.
• Knowledge of syndicated lending structures, loan documentation, and capital markets concepts.

Responsibilities

• Transaction execution: structure and close syndicated loan facilities (revolvers, term loans, acquisition financings, refinancings).
• Prepare information memoranda, lender presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction timelines for deal execution.
• Work with legal counsel, agents, participating lenders, and internal stakeholders through closing.
• Review commitment papers, term sheets, and credit agreements for consistency.
