Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Loan Coordinator I in Dallas to manage data integrity for customer and loan information within loan applications and product packages. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to support new loan requests, renewals, and modifications, while building relationships with clients and third-party vendors.

Key duties include processing loan requests, ensuring input data accuracy, collecting required documentation, and coordinating with Credit, Compliance, and Loan

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply knowledge of the bank’s credit culture and advise Relationship Managers on deviations from standard practices.
• Act as a resource for Relationship Managers on loan operations and processing of loan requests.
• Serve as a liaison between commercial lending departments during the loan process.
• Manage annual renewals, new loan requests and monthly reporting across all loan types.
• Enter customer and loan information into the loan origination system with data integrity at input.
• Obtain pre-closing documentation (e.g., flood letters, title work, appraisals).
• Interact with clients to collect data and documents per RM directions.
• Review closed loan packages to ensure no unapproved changes at closing.
