Qualifications

- Experience with loan documentation, lien perfection, and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze applicant/borrower documentation and verifications for loan closings.
- Review credit approvals to define loan terms and borrower structure.
- Approve prepared loan documents in line with credit terms and policies.
- Structure and review loan documents and due diligence for accuracy.
- Schedule and facilitate loan closings with all stakeholders.
- Manage loan funding wires and initial disbursements per bank rules.
