Busey Bank is seeking a Loan Coordinator I to maintain data integrity for customer and loan information within loan applications and product packages. This role works closely with Relationship Managers, coordinating loans, renewals, and necessary documentation.

The coordinator collaborates with multiple departments to ensure accurate input, timely processing, and adherence to policy. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and bank systems.
• Experience ensuring data integrity in loan processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity of customer and loan information in the loan origination system.
• Act as liaison between Relationship Managers and internal departments during loan processing.
• Coordinate renewals, new loan requests, and monthly reporting across loan types.
• Interact with clients to collect data and documents per RM guidance.
• Support RM team during high-volume periods and vacations.
