Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Loan Coordination Specialist III to support relationship managers and clients in commercial loan closings. You will ensure smooth loan processing, verify terms and documents, and coordinate with attorneys, appraisers, and vendors.

Role requires knowledge of lending practices, loan documentation, and credit analysis, with strong Excel/Word skills and the ability to manage complex tasks with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 4 years in banking or customer service or equivalent
• Lending practices and policies knowledge
• Loan documentation requirements and regulations
• Deposit, loan, and investment systems for reporting
• Commercial credit analysis
• Lien perfection requirements
• Litigation processes in county, state, and federal systems
• Thorough knowledge of BOKF commercial loan processes/workflows
• Strong Excel and Word experience
• Oral and written communication skills to represent self and BOKF
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities across interrelated factors
• Ability to plan time, method, and sequence of work assignments

Responsibilities

• Order, obtain, and analyze all pertinent applicant/borrower and collateral documentation for loan processing
• Review credit approvals to determine terms and verify equity, financials, and borrow structure with oversight
• Review and approve counsel- or internal loan documents to ensure terms and policies are met
• Analyze and structure loan documentation and due diligence; coordinate with lenders, relationship managers, and attorneys to remediate discrepancies
• Schedule and facilitate loan closings with customers, relationship managers, and vendors with supervisor input as needed
• Manage loan funding wires and disbursements ensuring loan conditions are met before funding with oversight
