Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys with case investigation, drafting pleadings, discovery, legal research, and trial preparation across offices. Proficiency in e-discovery tools, document review software, Relativity, and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

The role may be filled remotely or in any of our locations, requiring ability to meet deadlines, manage complex calendars, and liaise with clients and experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Relativity or document review software.
• Trial preparation and attendance.
• California litigation experience preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to attorneys in fact investigation, witness interviews, drafting pleadings and correspondence, legal research, document preparation and production, and overall client service.
• Learn and develop proficiency in e-discovery database use, AI tools, internet research, and file maintenance.
• Independently organize and manage files and assist in depositions, hearings, and trials.
