Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant (Client Delivery Specialist) in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports attorneys with workflow management, client collaboration, and document handling, blending on-site and remote work two days a week.

You will coordinate matters, ensure timely delivery, and maintain confidentiality across teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of legal support experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework or commensurate professional experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience providing support to organizational leadership.
• 3+ years relevant legal assistance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and drive work to resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide concise status updates to attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
• Coordinates client communications and acts as liaison between attorneys and clients.
• Prepares and processes new matter forms, conflict checks, and file openings.
• Coordinates attorneys’ calendars, travel, and meeting arrangements.
• Reviews and edits legal documents with high accuracy.
