Job summary

Confidential Employer. in New York is seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to manage complex business disputes, contracts, and construction-related claims.

You will handle all phases of litigation and work remotely with occasional court appearances in the New York area. You will develop litigation strategies, draft persuasive motions, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York Bar admission.
• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery, drafting substantive motions, and participating in depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage litigation responsibilities independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience with construction litigation, contract disputes, or complex business disputes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.

Location

Remote | New York City Metropolitan Area (White Plains, NY)

Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while staying connected to our New York litigation practice. Court appearances and occasional in-person professional obligations may be required.

Note

Candidates must have an active New York Bar license and 4+ years of commercial litigation experience. Experience with New York State court proceedings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions is important. Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required.
