Job summary

Confidential Employer in Manhattan, NY seeks attorneys with 1+ years in complex civil litigation who are licensed or eligible for admission in NY, NJ, or DE. This on-site role offers exposure to sophisticated matters in corporate governance, securities, employment, and antitrust.

You will draft complaints, manage all phases of discovery, develop litigation strategies, and prepare for hearings, settlements, and trials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation or commercial litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing or eligible for admission in New York, New Jersey, or Delaware.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Solid academic background and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with class actions, securities, antitrust, employment, or corporate governance litigation is a plus.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine interest in sophisticated litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, legal memoranda, and briefs.
