Job summary

Orionplacement in Melville, NY is seeking a litigation attorney to manage matters from inception to resolution and to represent clients in Federal and State Courts across NY and NJ. You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, while developing strategies with senior attorneys.

The role requires NY Bar admission and a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with strong writing, research, and advocacy skills. On-site with occasional telework for appointments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Location: Melville, NY – This is an on‑site position where you'll work closely with an experienced litigation team while enjoying occasional flexibility to work remotely for personal appointments when appropriate.

Note: Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred, though attorneys with other strong litigation backgrounds will also be considered.
