Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Assistant Manager to support 2–3 Account Managers with servicing commercial lines accounts. This remote-friendly position focuses on COIs, endorsements, renewals, and assisting in new business quotes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, a valid P&C license, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with EPIC is preferred, with agency experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role focusing on general servicing in commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency with EPIC software preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to 2-3 Account Managers in managing commercial lines accounts.
• Handle general servicing tasks including COIs, policy endorsements, and renewals.
• Assist in quoting new and renewal business.
• Use EPIC to manage and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
