Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Assistant Manager to support 2–3 Account Managers with servicing commercial lines accounts. This remote-friendly position focuses on COIs, endorsements, renewals, and assisting in new business quotes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, a valid P&C license, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with EPIC is preferred, with agency experience highly desirable.

Commercial Lines Account Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Assistant Managerto join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting a Account Managers by handling general servicing tasks for a variety of accounts, with premiums up to $250,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support. This is a remote-friendly position.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to 2-3 Account Managers in managing commercial lines accounts.
• Handle general servicing tasks, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy endorsements, and renewals.
• Assist in quoting new and renewal business.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage and maintain accurate account records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a focus on general servicing in commercial lines insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
• Preferred Background: Experience in an agency setting is highly desirable.
