• Accounts receivable: monitor reports and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely activity completion.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and quick responses to service requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
