Job Details

We seek a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage our commercial insurance clients. The role requires handling multiple priorities and providing excellent customer service. A FL 2-20 license is required; experience with Condos/Habitational/HOAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client needs are met/exceeded
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with sales team for seamless onboarding of new clients
• Review and analyze insurance coverage, recommend improvements
• Oversee renewals, prepare proposals, negotiate with carriers
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Work with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial insurance and account management
• Proven customer service track record
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in insurance software and MS Office
