REMOTE - Commercial Lines Account Manager (Must live in FL)

Join a successful and growing insurance team! This role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The position is full-time and remote, but candidates must reside in Florida.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage our commercial insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, possess a FL 2-20 license, and preferably have experience with Condos/Habitational/HOAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Review and analyze existing insurance coverage, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Oversee renewals, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms with carriers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide optimal service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
