Job summary

Insurance One Agency, LC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to service an assigned book and nurture client relationships with carriers and teammates. You’ll handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and inquiries with accuracy and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate has a Texas P&C license, at least 3 years in Commercial Lines, and strong knowledge of products, AMS360, and client service. Join a collaborative team offering growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines products, coverages, rating, underwriting practices, and carrier procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding policies, billing, certificates, endorsements, claims, and other service needs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, payments, certificates, and other client requests.
• Assist with new business by gathering underwriting information, reviewing exposures, obtaining quotes, evaluating coverage options, and preparing proposals.
• Work closely with producers to identify client needs and develop new business opportunities.
• Review existing policies and renewals for accuracy, coverage needs, limits, exposures, and potential gaps.
• Communicate with carriers, underwriters, and other partners to obtain information, negotiate solutions, and resolve issues.
• Review audits, policies, endorsements, and other documents for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Handle customer concerns and service issues from initial contact through resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records within AMS360 and other systems.
• Utilize carrier websites, rating systems, and agency management systems to manage accounts.
• Collaborate with producers and team members and participate in meetings and training.
