Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial lines business.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Review commercial coverage and help identify potential coverage needs.
• Obtain and prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal information.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters regarding accounts, coverage, pricing, and service issues.
• Respond to client questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with claims support and documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete client information in AMS360.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Work closely with producers, agency leadership, and team members to support client retention and account growth.

Insurance One Agency L.C. is a full-service independent insurance agency providing Home, Auto, and Business solutions to individuals and organizations. With 15 locations across Texas and access to more than 100 insurance carriers, we provide our clients with broad market options while maintaining the personalized service of a local agency.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Dallas team.

What You'll Do

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial lines business.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and other account servicing needs.
• Review commercial coverage and help identify potential coverage needs.
• Obtain and prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal information.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial Lines Account Management experience with responsibility for a book of business.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and products.
• AMS360 experience preferred.
• Strong client engagement and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts.
• Experience with renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and carrier communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Experience with an independent insurance agency preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within an established timeframe.
