Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure accuracy in policy administration and billing.
• Handle policy expirations and renewals; monitor delinquent accounts as needed.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and seek continuous improvement.
