Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; prepare submissions and proposals
• Oversee accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of activities
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team
• Deliver exceptional service and proactively anticipate client needs
