Job summary

Midwest Heritage is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to develop new commercial lines insurance business and manage client relationships. This role blends inside and outside sales with some travel and work-from-home flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial lines products, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales and service goals. Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial lines insurance business and retain existing clients.
• Cross-sell/up-sell insurance products to current customers.
• Prepare proposals and present coverage guidance; collect client data for proposals.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and vendors; coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure license, CE requirements, and certifications are up to date.
