Job summary

Confidential is seeking a full-time, remote Commercial Lines Account Executive to support our primary account executive and producer. This role will work directly with clients to market, renew and service all required insurance coverage outside of Aviation.

This position requires a Property & Casualty license (Any State) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Lines with an independent agency. Zywave experience and strong client service/renewals skills are preferred to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
• Property & Casualty license (Any State)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by responding promptly to client questions, coverage needs and service requests.
• Manage the renewal process from start to finish, including collecting client information, reviewing coverage needs, preparing submissions, and marketing accounts to insurance carriers.
• Process policy service requests such as endorsements, certificates of insurance, billing inquiries, cancellations, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the agency management system (Zywave) including client communications, policy changes, and follow-up activities.
• Organize and prioritize daily workflows to ensure renewals, client requests, deadlines, and outstanding tasks are completed on‑time and efficiently.
• License: Property & Casualty (Any State)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
