Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in small to middle market commercial insurance.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in the small to middle market segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and specialty agencies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with CSRs and internal teams for policy changes, renewals, and remarketing.
• Stay involved in client renewals and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Leverage access to multiple carriers to meet client needs.
