The Jonus Group is seeking experienced Commercial Lines Producers for a fully remote role. You will generate new business and aim to produce $100,000+ in annual revenue, while building client relationships and managing the sales cycle independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer with $100k+ annual revenue.
• Strong skills in new-business development, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Established network of client and business-development relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage the sales process effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in commercial lines insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets of $100,000 or more.
