Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented service professional to support clients across regions from a California-Remote base. You will process applications, endorsements, and billing while assisting clients with coverage questions and needs.

Collaboration with Producers and strong carrier relations will help renewals and expand client coverage. The role requires knowledge of property and casualty policy servicing, MS Office proficiency, and a CA P&C license plus a valid

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Strong knowledge of agency management systems and policy servicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• California Property & Casualty License and valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, audits, and client servicing items.
• Assist clients with policy coverages and questions.
• Renew and retain assigned accounts; coordinate with Producers for best options.
• Maintain client files in authorized systems and ensure timely documentation.
• Build carrier relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
