Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Georgia is seeking an Account Specialist to support brokers in servicing commercial clients. This remote role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a current property & casualty license.

You will handle submissions, renewals, and client inquiries while coordinating with Producers and Account Executives. The position offers work-from-home flexibility with occasional in-person meetings at the Sandy Springs office, and a team-focused culture

Qualifications

• Strong, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and ability to learn software quickly.
• 2+ years of commercial insurance account servicing experience and a current property & casualty license.
• Ability to adapt to priority changes, deadlines, and problem solve for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support broker with client services, submissions, proposals, and reports.
• Handle routine inquiries and transactions for client accounts.
• Assist with renewals, market comparisons, quotes, and proposals.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain client files and provide standard office/administrative support.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve questions.
