Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial operations, sales operations or enablement with cross-functional decision support.
• Strong analytical use of multiple data sources to derive actions and recommendations.
• Experience interpreting revenue, pipeline and forecast data to assess risks and opportunities.
• Proficient with BI/CRM platforms; experience with Power BI and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop client and portfolio intelligence by connecting signals to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and provide leaders with clear views on actions.
• Support revenue and pipeline planning, forecasting inputs, and prioritization.
• Monitor KPIs and governance, identify trends and gaps needing intervention.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and narratives for senior leadership.
• Enable commercial processes and translate changes into practical workflows and training.
• Drive adoption and accountability for commercial practices and data quality.
• Collaborate across Client, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery to align stakeholders.
• Maintain strong data discipline and timely, reliable deliverables.
