CHEP is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead CRM-enabled selling improvements, optimize core commercial processes, and drive cross-functional adoption across Sales, Marketing and Analytics. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and scalable ways of working to enhance forecasting and cost efficiency.

Remote-friendly, field-based work in the United States, with an emphasis on strategic yet hands-on leadership and change management to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial processes and CRM-enabled sales execution.
• Analytical, process design and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM as owner.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core commercial processes and CRM-enabled selling.
• Embed proactive customer management to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Own funnel governance framework with standards and reporting.
• Design workflows and drive CRM adoption with training and playbooks.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate corrective actions.
• Simplify seller workflows and reduce admin burden.
• Support rollout of priority tools and AI-enabled selling capabilities.
• Coordinate delivery across Sales, Marketing, Data & Analytics, CX.
• Manage a prioritized commercial excellence roadmap.
