Navigate Power is seeking a Commercial Energy Consultant to build a pipeline and close deals in a fully remote role with Chicago relevance. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, present energy solutions, and expand a growing client base within a robust supplier network.

The position rewards performance with uncapped commissions and strong growth potential, supported by marketing and client-services resources to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ sales experience (preferably) in the B2B field with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Energy consulting, procurement, or related fields experience; established book of business is a plus.
• Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive success.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; adaptable and proactive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial and industrial prospects.
• Develop relationships with business owners, property managers, operators, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to help clients reduce costs, manage energy risk, improve efficiency, and plan for future energy needs.
• Present tailored energy solutions using supplier network, tools, and support resources.
• Grow long-term client relationships through consultative selling, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up.
• Stay current on energy procurement, renewables, battery storage, EV charging, and other commercial energy solutions.
