Abound Credit Union is seeking a seasoned financial analyst to provide underwriting expertise and insights on new and existing commercial credits. The role focuses on annual loan reviews, renewals, and ensuring strict adherence to lending policies and regulations.

The candidate will collaborate with Commercial Lenders, prepare Credit Approval Memos for new and renewed loans, and perform post-closing reviews to ensure underwriting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Services, Business Administration, or another related financial degree.
• 5+ years of industry experience around Commercial Underwriting and Business Cash Flow Analysis in a banking or Credit Union environment.
• Excellent knowledge of business and personal tax returns and financial statements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial lending process.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.

Responsabilités

• Help in the annual loan review process and loan renewal process.
• Ensure the Credit Union’s commercial loan processes adhere to the Member Business Lending Policy as well as all state and federal regulations.
• Provide post-closing review of all documents and underwriting requirements.
• Work with Commercial Lenders to prepare Credit Approval Memos for both new and renewed commercial loans.
