You will independently draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of complex enterprise agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and security exhibits, while managing cybersecurity risks. Collaboration with sales and business teams is essential.

Remote work is allowed with Pacific Time coverage; on-site in Silicon Valley is optional.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, and information security risks.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and refining contracting playbooks.
