The role requires 4+ years of transactional experience, a U.S. JD, and active bar admission. You will work remotely in a deadline-driven environment, applying playbooks and strong drafting skills to industry-standard agreements.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
