Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Commercial Co-ordinator to support a fast-paced commercial team across Occupational Health opportunities. You will help with bids, proposals, client queries and maintaining accurate records from first enquiry to signed deal.

You will liaise with commercial, operations and subject matter experts, preparing winning presentations and ensuring branding guidelines are followed. This is a remote UK role with UK working hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle several deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional approach.
• Attention to detail with documents, data and trackers.
• Commercial awareness and interest in bids, tenders and business development.
• Experience in a commercial, bid support or sales administration role is a plus, ideally in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activity across new business, upsell and rebid opportunities.
• Support bids, coordinate and submit tender responses on time.
• Act as the go-to link between commercial and operational teams.
• Arrange meetings and keep CRM up to date.
• Create client presentations and sales documents.
