You will lead client relationships, shape bids, and collaborate with operations to tailor propositions. The ideal candidate combines strong communication with commercial acumen and a consultative, win-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in client relationships and new business in Occupational Health.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Consultative approach to understanding client needs.
• Strong commercial awareness and bid management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a list of prospects and drive opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with operations to design and deliver winning service propositions.
• Shape bids from the first draft to win.
• Lead follow-ups, presentations and queries with clients.
• Oversee new business acquisition, upselling and rebid opportunities.
• Advise on pricing strategy and identify opportunities for service development.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and subject matter experts.
• Handle sensitive personal information in line with policy and law.
