Optima Health (OH&W) is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. The role is home-based with occasional travel across the UK and supports a single client, delivering case management and health surveillance while maintaining confidential records.

We offer a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week; part-time considered) with a salary of £42,000–£44,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and no restrictions on practice.
• Qualified Occupational Health Advisor (Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health) desirable/Experienced OH Advisor or working towards this qualification.
• Experience delivering telephone case management and Occupational Health consultations.
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health practice and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice on health and work-related matters.

Responsabilités

• Delivering case management, telephone and face to face referrals
• Managing a varied caseload
• Conducting management referrals and providing evidence-based occupational health advice.
• New starter employment screening
• Supporting the Clinical Lead in delivering Occupational Health Services
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in accordance with legislation and professional standards.
• Producing management reports and contributing to safe and effective Occupational Health practice.
• Supporting a single client through a combination of home-based and on-site service delivery.
