• Experience supporting bids, tenders, RFPs, or commercial proposals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, tenders and renewals from receipt through submission.
• Prepare quotes and proposal materials, format documents and ensure version control.
• Maintain accurate opportunities and actions in Salesforce for clear visibility.
• Connect with Commercial, Engineering and Technical Operations teams to gather inputs and keep responses moving at pace.
• Ensure timely, polished submissions and high-quality commercial materials.
