Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Commercial Content Business Consultant to shape commercial content strategies for Life Sciences clients. You will lead advisory engagements, focusing on content operations, governance, and analytics in a remote, full-time role.

The role emphasizes working with Veeva Vault and related systems, driving improvements across planning, creation, review, and distribution of marketing and medical content for commercialized products. Strong consulting experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or ad agency.
• Experience in the commercialized product or brand domain is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering client advisory engagements.
• Strong workshop facilitation, presentations, project management, and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel roughly 20–40% depending on engagement.
• Experience with content management systems; preferably Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

• Help stand up operating models for global-to-local content reuse.
• Contribute to operating models for content flows from Vault to CRM.
• Participate in business assessments for Vaults or consolidations.
• Help design a framework for content planning.
• Refine DAM processes and Modular Content development for Life Sciences.
• Contribute to metadata governance and content standards.
• Define KPIs to improve end-to-end content supply chain efficiency.
• Develop content analytics dashboards and extract insights across the lifecycle.
• Support rollout of PromoMats/MedComms or new functionalities through communications and change programs.
